ARTICULO 9o. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1993, el subsidio de alimentación de los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación que devenguen asignaciones básicas no superiores a DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y OCHO MIL OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CINCO PESOS ($248.845) M/Cte, será de OCHO MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA PESOS ($8.480) mensuales o proporcionales al tiempo de servicio, pagaderos por el mencionado Departamento. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia o suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
