Los Directores, el Gerente y demás empleados del Banco, que autoricen la emisión ilegal o clandestina de billetes, o pongan éstos en circulación, sin llenar las condiciones establecidas en la presente Ley, sufrirán la pena de dos a cinco años de reclusión y quedarán obligados conjuntamente a recoger los billetes dados a la circulación en esa forma.
