A partir del 1o. de enero de 1991, todas las entidades a las que la ley ha establecido sistemas especiales de percepción o manejo de los ingresos corrientes del Presupuesto General de la Nación, deberán consignar en la Tesorería General de la República el porcentaje establecido en el artículo 32 de la Ley 10 de 1990.
