El Poder Ejecutivo puede ordenar de oficio y libremente que a los sumariados por delitos de cuadrilla de malhechores, hurto de ganados y robo, se les juzgue por los Jueces respectivos de Distrito Judicial, diferente de aquél en que se cometió el delito.
