ARTICULO 95 . TERMINO DE LA SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL. El término de la suspensión provisional será hasta de ciento veinte (120) días calendario no prorrogables. En todo caso la investigación disciplinaria deberá culminarse antes del término máximo de la suspensión provisional. El acto administrativo que ordena la suspensión provisional será motivado, tendrá aplicación inmediata y contra él no procede recurso alguno.
