Expedir los actos administrativos relacionados con las novedades, movimientos de personal, situaciones administrativas, nómina y prestaciones sociales, afiliación a las empresas prestadoras de salud, administradoras de pensiones y de riesgos profesionales y con el retiro del servicio de los servidores de la respectiva seccional, preparados por la Oficina Personal.
