Art. 3.° Destínase hasta cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) para que de acuerdo con el Ilmo. Sr. Obispo de Pasto y el Gobernador del Cauca, envíen una Comisión á estudiar en el Caquetá la manera de establecer Misiones en aquel Territorio.
