Protección. La protección que se brinda a las obras literarias y artísticas, así como a las interpretaciones y demás producciones salvaguardadas por el derecho conexo, no estará subordinada a ningún tipo de formalidad, y en consecuencia el registro que aquí se reglamenta será para otorgar mayor seguridad jurídica a los autores y titulares.
