El Director de la Contabilidad general visitará mensualmente las cajas de los Habilitados de los Cuerpos del Ejército residentes en Bogotá. En los Batallones acantonados en los demás lugares la visita de las Habilitaciones será pasada por el Administrador principal ó subalterno de Hacienda nacional; y en defecto de éste, por la primera autoridad política. De toda diligencia de visita se enviará copia autorizada por el visitador y empleado visitado, al Ministerio de Guerra. Sección 4.ª OPERACIONES DEL HABILITADO.
