Subvenciónase con la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) anuales el Instituto José María Villa, del Municipio de Sopetrán (Antioquia), a partir del Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.

Parágrafo

Esta suma será incluída anualmente en el Presupuesto, en partida especial, y si por cualquier circunstancia no fuere incluída, el Gobierno tomará las medidas conducentes que fueren necesarias para dar cumplimiento a este artículo.
