ARTICULO 4.3.2.1.- ESTRUCTURA, FUNCIONES Y PLANTA DE PERSONAL. La estructura, el presupuesto y las funciones de la Superintendencia de Valores, así como su respectiva planta de personal, se regirán por las normas transitorias de este capítulo hasta tres meses después de la fecha de publicación de las normas que adopten la nueva planta de personal para la Superintendencia de Valores de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4.3.1.24 y en todo caso no después del 1o. de abril de 1994.
