Las personas que deseen comprobar hechos relacionados con el domino o la explotación económica de que trata la [Ley 200 de 1936], podrán solicitar del respectivo Juez de Tierras que por sí, o por medio de comisionado, practique en el terreno de que se trate una inspección ocular encaminada a establecer los hechos que se determinen en la correspondiente solicitud.
