°. Masa de la liquidación . La masa de la liquidación estará integrada por todos los bienes, las utilidades y los rendimientos financieros generados por los recursos propios y cualquier tipo de derecho patrimonial que ingrese o deba ingresar al patrimonio de la Comisión de Regulación en Salud en Liquidación. En ningún caso los recursos del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía (Fosyga) podrán integrar la masa de liquidación.
