Inscripción de la demanda en otros procesos. En el auto admisorio se ordenará de oficio la inscripción de la demanda en los procesos de pertenencia, deslinde y amojonamiento, servidumbres, expropiaciones y división de bienes comunes. Una vez inscrita, el oficio se remitirá por el registrador al juez, junto con un certificado sobre la situación jurídica del bien.
