Enfoque de respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos. Las políticas, estrategias, normas, rutas de articulación e instrumentos jurídicos, técnicos, financieros y gerenciales del SDJE deberán tener un enfoque de respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos, de conformidad con la Constitución Política y los tratados de derechos humanos ratificados por Colombia.
