La garantía a que tengan derecho los afiliados a un plan alternativo de capitalización o de pensiones administrado por una entidad aseguradora de vida o por una entidad administradora de fondos de pensiones se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 109 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y en el Decreto 1515 de 1998.
