Cualquiera otra irregularidad cometida en el cómputo o acumulación de votos, es causa suficiente para que por los particulares se demande la declaratoria de la elección, en los términos del artículo anterior, a fin de que se ordene la rectificación correspondiente y se declare el verdadero resultado de la elección.
