Responsabilidad de la Información . En el marco de la normativa vigente, los sujetos del Smsce deben establecer los procedimientos de control interno, administrativo y contable que garanticen el registro de la información requerida, bajo criterios de oportunidad, veracidad, confiabilidad e integridad. Igualmente, son responsables por la información registrada, los usuarios autorizados para tal fin. Las irregularidades en el registro de la información serán reportadas a las autoridades competentes y cuando a ello hubiere lugar conllevarán a la aplicación del procedimiento preventivo dispuesto en el artículo 110 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, conforme a lo establecido para tal fin.
