Art. 67. Los depositarios en un juicio de concurso tienen el carácter de secuestres judiciales, y por tanto tienen las facultades y los deberes que á tales asigna el Código Civil. Antes de dar comienzo á sus funciónes prestarán

juramento de ejercerlas bien y fielmente.
