El Gobierno Nacional podrá establecer un régimen de estímulos, los cuales en ningún caso constituirán salario, con el fin de fijar incentivos para promover el eficiente desempeño de los profesionales de la salud y los empleados del Hospital Militar Central. También podrá establecer estímulos para capacitación continua y créditos para la adquisición de vivienda y transporte.
