Circunstancias de Orden Público. Cuando las circunstancias de orden público lo exijan, calificadas por el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia - Dirección de Gobierno y Gestión Territorial o quien haga sus veces, este podrá brindar su apoyo a las entidades territoriales para efectos de adelantar el amparo policivo de que trata el presente decreto.
