Art. 26. Los jueces Ejecutores tendrán un suplente, y tanto los principales como los suplentes serán nombrados de la misma manera que lo son los jueces de Circuito, conforme a la presente ley.

El período de los jueces principales terminara el día ultimo de Febrero de 1890 y el de los suplentes será de un año.
