Los peatones y ciclistas que no cumplan con las disposiciones de este código, serán amonestados por la autoridad de tránsito competente y deberán asistir a un curso formativo dictado por las autoridades de tránsito. La inasistencia al curso será sancionada con arresto de uno (1) a seis (6) días .
