Por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se harán los pedidos de obras necesarias para la fundación de estas Bibliotecas y á medida que lo vaya permitiendo la situación del Tesoro público, se irán surtiendo dichas Bibliotecas de las obras necesarias.
