Siendo dos o más los usufructuarios, habrá entre ellos el derecho de acrecer, i durará la totalidad del usufructo hasta la espiración del derecho del último de los usufructuarios.

Lo cual se entiende si el constituyente no hubiere dispuesto que terminado un usufructo parcial, se consolide con la propiedad.
