Artículo único. Concédese al Teniente Coronel Sr Tiberio Mier, por una sola vez, la recompensa de mil setecientos cincuenta pesos ($ 1,750) á que le da derecho el inciso 4.° del artículo 295 de la Ley 153 de 1887 .
