Veeduría . Corresponde a las personerías municipales y distritales, a los Comités Locales para la Prevención y Atención de Desastres y a la comunidad en general, ejercer funciones de veeduría sobre el cumplimiento de lo establecido en el presente decreto y en el Plan Local de Emergencia y Contingencia para Eventos de Afluencia Masiva de Público.
