Los Oficiales Y Suboficiales De La Policía Nacional Que En Cursos O En Exámenes De Capacitación Para Ascenso No Obtengan Calificaciones Suficientes Para Aprobarlos, Tendrán Derecho A Una Segunda Prueba De Acuerdo Con Reglamentación Que Expida El Gobierno

Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que en cursos o en exámenes de capacitación para ascenso no obtengan calificaciones suficientes para aprobarlos, tendrán derecho a una segunda prueba de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Cuando un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional aspirante a ascenso fuere reprobado en una o dos materias con nota insuficiente, tendrá derecho a rehabilitación seis (6) meses después de haber hecho el curso correspondiente y las calificaciones obtenidas serán definitivas.
