El Banco de la República podrá hacer préstamos a los bancos, accionistas, hasta por seis (6) meses de plazo, con garantía de acciones o bonos de que trata el artículo anterior, o descontar a los mismos establecimientos pagarés garantizados con dichas acciones o bonos.
