Articulo 15. Durante el período de inscripción de electores, las Registradurías Municipales y sus dependencias en los Corregimientos e Inspecciones de Policía, funcionarán también los domingos y días festivos. Los Delegados Departamentales fijarán a los empleados el día o chas de descanso compensatorio de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio.
