Art. 375. En el auto sobre concesión del recurso el Tribunal ordenara que se remitan el proceso y la sentencia a la corte suprema, previa citación de las partes.

Es aplicable en este caso lo que disponen los artículos 67 y 68 de esta ley respecto de los jueces.

4º Sustanciación y determinación del recurso por la Corte en asuntos civiles.
