Artículo único. Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el articulo 174 del Decreto número 1732 del año en curso, nómbrase al señor Neftalí Estupiñán Capitán de Lancha de la Isla-Prisión de Gorgona, quien llenará el carga creado por el Decreto número 1586 del presente año. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
