Tan pronto como entre en vigencia la presente Ley, el Gobierno procederá a nombrar un arqueólogo de reconocida idoneidad para que efectúe los trabajos a que de lugar el cumplimiento de la anterior disposición y situará al efecto, en la Tesorería del Municipio de San Agustín, la cantidad apropiada con tal objeto.
