Artículo único. Las Resoluciones sobre rebajas de pena que dicten los Gobernadores a solicitud de los reos que hayan sido condenados a seis meses o menos de pena corporal, no estarán sujetas a consulta ante el Ministerio de Gobierno.

Parágrafo

El presente Decreto rige desde el día de su expedición. Comuníquese y publíquese.
