En caso de que en el Presupuesto Nacional de la próxima vigencia (1967) no quede incluída la partida designada para el cumplimiento de esta ley, facúltase al Gobierno para hacer las apropiaciones y traslados que sean necesarios durante las vigencias de 1968 y siguientes.
