De la actuación de los liquidadores. Los liquidadores actuarán de consuno y las discrepancias que se presenten entre ellos serán resueltas por los asociados o en su defecto por la entidad que ejerce el control y vigilancia. El liquidador o liquidadores tendrán la representación legal de la asociación.

Parágrafo

Los asociados podrán reunirse cuando lo estimen necesario, para conocer el estado de la liquidación y dirimir las discrepancias que se presenten entre los liquidadores.
