Sistema de Intervención Policial. Los uniformados de la Policía Nacional intentarán obtener el control suficiente de la situación, asegurándose, si las circunstancias lo permiten, de tener el tiempo y la capacidad para adoptar las medidas adecuadas. Los métodos deben adaptarse a las condiciones de la situación a través de una perspectiva táctica integrada, que conlleva la aplicación de la legalidad, necesidad, proporcionalidad y diferenciación, acompañada de la preparación comunicativa y demás habilidades adquiridas en el entrenamiento del Sistema de Intervención Policial.
