Ventas masivas: Cuando la comercialización de productos se realice mediante canales de ventas masivas o retail, y ello dificulte la implementación eficiente de un procedimiento detallado de Debida Diligencia, deberán establecerse umbrales específicos que permitan llevar a cabo dicho proceso de manera proporcional y efectiva. No obstante, el Sujeto Obligado deberá enfocar sus esfuerzos en la identificación y análisis de Operaciones Inusuales, con el fin de mitigar los riesgos asociados y cumplir con sus obligaciones en materia de prevención de LA/FT/FP y C/ST.
