Publicaciones. Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación de la decisión de la bolsa de valores de cancelar la inscripción de una acción, el emisor deberá publicar un aviso destacado en dos (2) diarios impresos o electrónicos de amplia circulación nacional, informando al público sobre tal decisión. Copia del mismo deberá presentarse a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia el día siguiente a su publicación
