Artículo quince. El fondo Rotatorio tendrá un Subgerente, cuyas funciones son las siguientes

Colaborar con el Gerente en la elaboración de planes de inversión y en la presentación de otras iniciativas referentes a las operaciones del Fondo;

Cuidar de que los empleados del fondo cumplan con sus deberes, y solicitar, cuando sea del caso, al Gerente, la imposición de sanciones disciplinarias;

Visitar, previa designación del Gerente, las sucursales, agencias y expendios del Fondo, y rendir el informe respectivo al Gerente o a la Junta Directiva cuando la comisión le haya sido conferida por ésta;

Cumplir otras comisiones que le asignen la Junta Directiva o el Gerente.
