º. Certificación sobre la propiedad del Bono. Las instituciones designadas para la distribución de los bonos de que trata el presente Decreto, expedirán las certificaciones que refrenden a los adquirentes de los mismos los derechos inherentes a la posesión de estos títulos valores.
