Facultades del rector para sancionar y otorgar distinciones. El rector o director del establecimiento educativo podrá otorgar distinciones o imponer sanciones a los estudiantes según el reglamento o manual de convivencia de éste, en concordancia con lo que al respecto disponga el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
