Articulo 423-1. IMPORTACIÓN DE PREMIOS EN CONCURSOS INTERNACIONALES. No estará sometida al impuesto sobre las ventas, la importación de los premios y distinciones obtenidos por colombianos, en concursos, reconocimientos o certámenes internacionales de carácter científico, literario, periodístico, artístico y deportivo, reconocidos por la respectiva entidad del Gobierno Nacional a quien corresponda promocionar, dentro del país, las actividades científicas, literarias, periodísticas, artísticas y deportivas y con la calificación favorable del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
