Art.12. o El sello segundo valdrá doce pesos, i servirá para extender los títulos, nombramientos o despachos de toda clase de empleados cuya renta anual, fija o eventual sea o exceda de mil pesos; para los títulos de presentación de canónigos, racioneros, medio racioneros i curas; para los títulos de abogados, doctores, médicos, cirujanos i boticarios; para las patentes de navegación mercantil, i para los títulos de minas de cualquier clase.
