º . Financiación de la Pensión Mínima de Vejez en el Régimen de Prima Media. En el Régimen Solidario de Prima Media con Prestación Definida, la financiación de la Pensión Mínima de Vejez será con cargo al fondo común de naturaleza pública compuesto por los aportes y rendimientos de los afiliados de que trata el literal b) del artículo 32 de la Ley 100 de 1993. En todo caso la Nación garantiza el pago de dicho beneficio, en los términos del artículo 138 de la misma disposición.
