Legalizase los gastos efectuados por el Administrador de la Aduana de Buenaventura por concepto de pago de servicios de Higiene y Sanidad y demás gastos emanado de los Ministerios de Agricultura y Comercio, Gobierno e Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas, servicios hoy adscritos a este Ultimo Ministerio, correspondiente a los años de 1917 a 1923, en la suma de quinientos sesenta y seis pesos con cuatro centavos ($566.04).
