Adicionar el artículo 2.5.5.11.7., al Capítulo 11 del Título 5 de la Parte 5 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, con el siguiente tenor: Artículo 2.5.5.11.7. Destinación de predios rurales . La asignación definitiva de los predios rurales extintos se realizará por el Administrador del FRISCO, para lo cual expedirá el respectivo acto de asignación definitiva, que servirá de título traslaticio de dominio del bien a favor de las entidades beneficiarias.
