Los locales de almacenamiento de plaguicidas, deben ser exclusivos para este fin y en ningún caso deberán guardarse productos alimenticios, medicinas, ropas, utensilios domésticos, bebidas o cualquier otro material de consumo humano o animal que una vez contaminado represente riesgo para la salud.
