Para atender a estos gastos el Gobierno podrá abrir al Presupuesto los créditos que sean necesarios, y para la conservación de los monumentos y del pavimento de la carretera de que trata esta Ley hará anualmente en los Presupuestos las apropiaciones correspondientes.
