° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 5° la junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se le hayan presentado y de los datos a informaciones que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijara proporcionalmente su cuantía por medio de resoluciones motivada.
